The project team invite King Henry VII Sixth Form pupil on site to complete work experience

King Henry VIII Sixth Form pupil Lusa Baricz completed work experience with Morgan Sindall and Rio Architects.

Lusa spent two days on site with the team looking through drawings, models, discussing the project and design process and a site visit to see construction progress on site (pictured right!). She then went on to spend three days at Rio’s offices in Cardiff including a site visit to another project to see a more developed project.

Lusa thoroughly enjoyed the experience and received support with her A-Level Product Design coursework where she has chosen to design a new 21st Century School. It’s great to be able to support the pupils and have the opportunity for them to learn from what’s going on next to their school.

I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with some amazing people at Morgan Sindall and Rio Architects and feel it gave me a fantastic perspective on the reality of the industry. I am now even more invested in pursuing my dream of being an architect myself one day.”
