Welcome to the July newsletter for the 29 Marylebone Road Project, which will provide you with up-to-date information on the build and upcoming opportunities.
Progress to date
- Main demolition works complete
- Piling works complete
- New ground floor created
- Ground works on-going
- New window installation commenced
Employment, Skills & Training
- We have created one job since starting the project
- We have two apprentices working on the project
- Since February, we have had a T-Level Student from the City of Westminster College on a 45-day industrial placement with Morgan Sindall’s Site Management team.
- We have a graduate on a paid placement
- We have provided one person with a paid placement
- TO DATE: we have delivered 11 educational events, engaged 169 students, and invested 65 hours.
What’s coming up
- Complete ground works
- Complete new structure works
- Continue window installation
- Commence internal fit out
