NNUH CDC team host Women into Construction event on site

As part of our sponsorship with Women into Construction - East of England, the second cohort of Norwich women (9 in total) attended the NNUH CDC project for an information session and a site tour.

They found out about how the WiC programme will support them joining the industry with the support of contractors like ourselves and our subcontractors. They then heard career journeys from Helen Clements - our Regional Social Value Manager - and Andrea who herself is a WiC candidate and joined the project as a traffic marshall on August 14th 2023, just as the project began. Our Site Manager, Adam Soanes then took our visitors on a tour of the site to understand more about the construction activity currently taking place.
