Key facts

1 of 3 new Community Diagnostic Centres across Norfolk
The diagnostics centre will be used for early cancer diagnosis, in particular for lung, prostate and colorectal cancers.
The end building will comprise of:
- 5 MRI’s
- 4 CT Scanners
- 2 X-Ray’s
- 2 Ultrasound rooms
A green field site
The project is aiming to achieve BREEAM Excellent
All-electric services specification relies on the decarbonation of electrical grid to achieve Net Zero.
Aiming to complete the scheme by the end of 2024.

About the project

NNUH CDC, is a single storey, steel frame Community Diagnostic Centre providing modern diagnostic facilities including staff change and rest facilities, offices, reporting rooms, reception and waiting areas as well as a visitor’s café, located in Norfolk.
