Mill Yard, is the new a mixed use development that will regenerate a key part of Cambridge into a sustainable new neighbourhood.
The project is consists of thee residential buildings and a further three that combine a variety of retail, community and office space. You can find out more about our appointment to the project in this press release.
Making a positive difference in the communities we work is a vital part of our responsible business plan. Our Community Investment Group supports our project teams in the delivery of local community engagement projects. The Cambridge team is part of the wider East business, which operates out of 4 regional offices, the Cambridge Office being associated with this project.
Alex Pett, Senior Site Manager and Community Liaison Champion, is the dedicated community contact for the Mill Yard project and will maintain communications with neighbours and the surrounding community.

Morgan Sindall Construction has begun construction of Mill Yard, Railpen’s new mixed-use campus in central Cambridge that will regenerate a key part of Cambridge into a sustainable new neighbourhood.
Chris has worked on a variety of different projects; most recently the life science development at Unity Campus in Sawston. He will be the lead operations director for the scheme to ensure it delivers on time, on budget whilst meeting the social value and sustainability objectives that impact our communities.

Matt has just delivered the brand new Phase 3 Living Lab building at Anglia Ruskin University in Peterborough. He will be one of two senior daily operations leads on the project ensuring time, quality, cost and safety KPI’s are delivered.

Gary has just worked on the Unity Campus Life Science Developen in Sawston with Project Director, Chris Webb. He will be one of two senior daily operations leads on the project ensuring time, quality, cost and safety KPI’s are delivered.

Darren has just been part of the team that delivered the new SEND school at Alconbury Weald. He will be working closely with the operations and commercial teams to deliver the day-to-day strategy for the Mill Yard project.

He will be working closely with the operations and commercial teams to deliver the day-to-day strategy for the Mill Yard project as well as being the main contact point for community liaison activity.
