Welcome to the project page for the Little Reddings Primary School project, which is being built by Morgan Sindall Construction's Northern Home Counties team.
Here you can read about the project and its positive effect on the community, and track progress as it happens.
Little Reddings Primary School, is a new build replacement school, located in Bushey (Watford).
The project is made up of two main phases, construction of the new facilities followed by demolition of the existing school.
Making a positive difference in the communities we work is a vital part of our responsible business plan. Our Community Investment Group supports our project teams in the delivery of local community engagement projects. The Northern Home Counties team is part of the wider London & Home Counties business unit, which operates out of four regional offices, the Welwyn Garden City Office being associated with this project.

The project team take part in the Northern Home Counties ''Neighborhood Week''.
As the Project Manager, Robert will lead the project team through planning, organising and controlling the project from start to finish.
CloseLana will provide full contract responsibility for both design and build work stages. As well as end to end reporting to commercial management from procurement to final accounts. Providing detailed cost management services direct to a variety of clients.
CloseAs Site Manager, Jack will organise the operations and the suppliers on site, making sure work is completed safely, on time and within budget. For Jack as a Site Manager, no two days will ever be the same, particularly with a site as vast and complex as this one! From liaising with architects, surveyors and subcontactors and suppliers, he will ensure the work is on track and that there are enough people, machinery and materials to get the job done.
CloseBen has to date and will continue to coordinate all of the design work required during the project. He manages the production of the technical drawings associated with the work, often using digital construction techniques to really bring these plans to life. As a design manager, he will work alongside the architects, structural and service engineers involved in the project, along with specialist designers and BIM technicians, to create coordinated designs which can be used during the build and aid maintenance of the structure once complete.
ClosePiar will provide a quantity surveying service across the whole of the project, and work in conjunction with the other senior quantity surveyors on the project. As part of the role he will provide estimates and control costs for the project, making sure that what is being built meets legal and quality standards.
Piar is one of a number of graduates on the project, who are studying for their professional qualifications alongside gaining valuable experience to develop their careers.
