Hosted as part of Business Week 2024, the event aims to promote the business opportunities within the Dumfries & Galloway region in the transition to net zero.
Attendees heard from a variety of guest speakers, including Elizabeth who presented on Morgan Sindall’s approach to Net Zero, our journey so far, our investment in creating natural capital, and specifically actions taken on the Dumfries High School which to date has saved 1746 tonnes of carbon dioxide - the equivalent of heating 647 homes in the UK annually.
