T-Level Success – Macey joins as a Degree Apprentice

Macey recently joined the team at Cosham Fire Station as a Degree Apprentice following her completion of a T-Level qualification (20% on the job / 80% classroom split) at Havant & South Downs College. As part of this 2-year course (broadly equivalent to 3 A Levels or a 2-year apprenticeship), T-Level students are required to complete at least 315 hours (approx. 45 days) on-the-job work experience which Macey completed earlier in the year on one of our other projects in Gosport – Spinnaker View (extra care facility). Macey proved herself beyond doubt as a rising star over those initial weeks with us and purely as a result of this placement, we were delighted to offer her a full-time position as a Degree Apprentice in Site Management. Macey will start her Construction Management Degree at Solent University in Southampton in September.
