The framework can be used by:
- Any of PfH 1,000+ members (consist of many Local Authorities)
- Schools, Universities and Colleges maintained by the Dept. of Children, Schools and Families
- Police, Fire and Coastguard
- NHS
- HMRC
- Scottish Schools and Welsh Public Bodies
- Projects funded by public money, including those covered by the building safety fund.
