Our work with LHC
LHC is a central purchasing body providing procurement services in England, Scotland (on behalf of the Scottish Procurement Alliance) and Wales (on behalf of the Welsh Procurement Alliance). LHC sets up competitively tendered Framework Agreements in respect of building works, goods and services for use in public sector refurbishment, maintenance and new build projects.
LHC is a not-for-profit central purchasing body who develop OJEU-compliant Frameworks in England, Scotland (on behalf of the Scottish Procurement Alliance) and Wales (on behalf of the Welsh Procurement Alliance). LHC’s Frameworks are available to all publicly funded contracting authorities to procure works, goods and services to construct, refurbish and maintain social housing, schools and public buildings.
The LHC Group consists of a number of regional business units, that collectively, provide Frameworks and associated support services to public sector Clients throughout the UK.
Fully OJEU compliant, this framework is suitable for:
- Education buildings
- Healthcare buildings
- Emergency services buildings
- Community buildings
- Offices and other buildings for social infrastructure
- Residential properties when part of a mixed-use development
- Conversion of commercial buildings for residential use
- Student accommodation
- Associated works that may be required to deliver the types of buildings above or other public buildings
- Infrastructure works such as bridges, retaining walls, drainage and new roadways
The framework runs from 1st October 2021 to 30th September 2025
